Hear about the people and events that contributed to Aotearoa becoming the first country in the world where women won the right to vote, learn how our Parliament and society have continued to change since, and see some of the objects and artworks from the Parliamentary Collection, that celebrate suffrage and women in Parliament.

Important information for visiting Parliament
Tickets for this event are per-person. If there are not enough spaces remaining for your entire group on the tour you have chosen, you will need to select another time or date. Bookings larger than 10 people will need to contact us to book a private tour.
For all tours of Parliament, you need to arrive 15 minutes in advance of your tour start time to allow for security screening processes. Tours have a pre-tour video that begins 5 minutes before the stated tour start time. If you do not arrive before the stated start time of your tour, your space(s) may be given away.
All children (under 12 years old) must be accompanied by an adult, with no more than four children per adult.
