The Introduction to Parliament tour is our most popular tour, taking place multiple times throughout the day. It is a great way to get a general introduction to our parliamentary process, the architecture and history of our buildings, and how to have your say in Parliament. Important information for visiting Parliament
Tickets for this event are per-person. If there are not enough spaces remaining for your entire group on the tour you have chosen, you will need to select another time or date. You cannot book for more than 10 people for any single tour time and date. Bookings for groups of more than 10 people will need to contact us to book a private tour. (a charge may apply)
For all tours of Parliament, you need to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your tour start time to allow for security screening processes. Tours have a pre-tour video that begins 5 minutes before the stated tour start time. If you do not arrive before the stated start time of your tour, your space(s) may be given away.
All children (under 14 years old) must be accompanied by an adult, with no more than four children per adult.
